CHICKEN FRIED RICE

1 ½ lbs of Cooked and sliced chicken
4 cups cooked white rice
4 green onions (chopped)
1 white onion (diced)
1 12oz package of frozen peas
2 carrots (cooked)
4 cups of broccoli florets (cooked)
3 Eggs
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Garlic salt and onion salt to taste
Directions:
Sauté carrots, onions, and broccoli.
Preheat wok with olive oil, pour in rice and stir in soy sauce. Stir rice until brown.
Stir in Chicken and all vegetables (including frozen peas)
In another skillet fry the eggs and slice into small pieces.
Mix all together and simmer until all is hot.
Add garlic salt and onion salt to taste add more soy sauce if necessary.
