Ingredients
- 3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 6 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions
Thaw, cook and drain spinach. Add all ingredients, except 3 tablespoons of cheese, 1/2 cup of stuffing and sour cream. Put into a baking dish or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, take onion, sour cream, cheese and stuffing mixture and spread on top.
