Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
  • White rice and water (enough for 4 servings) per package directions
  • 2 cans cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
  • Directions:
    Mix soup and 1/4 of the water from rice directions in bowl and set aside. Spray (9x13) baking dish lightly with Pam. Add uncooked rice and 3/4 of the water on the rice instructions. Place chicken breasts on top of rice. Pour soup and water mixture over chicken and rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours (If chicken is frozen, cook for 2 hours). No peeking! Remove from oven and serve with veggies or salad.
